Summer Stranger

After months and months and months of chalk and board,

The time has come to have some fun and not be bored.

After a million eons of waiting, summer's finally here,

We are now totally free of putting some colors on our hair.

Summertime as we know it, is the time to go to the beach,

And with that is a lighter skin out of reach.

It is also the time for some music and disco lights,

For the party will never, ever, ever, and ever end tonight.

But it was not through some parties that we had our summer,

Instead, we went in the province for a vacation way happier.

Fiesta is one of the main reasons why we went there,

Not because of the food but because of the joy shared by each other.

Swimming in the beach has always been a family tradition,

Always on the day after the fiesta to extend the celebration.

And while at the beach enjoying the heat of the sun,

Someone unknown to me gave a smile brighter than the sun.

Oh Stranger! Oh Stranger! Where do I find thee?

For I feel in my heart that you belong to me.

Will I ever see you again or will I just lay in my manger,

Dreaming of what could be if I have known my Summer Stranger?
